Your data stays yours. Here is a plain-language summary, followed by the full policy.

- We use it to run Formety, and we never sell it or use it for ads.
- A few trusted providers (such as Supabase, Google, RevenueCat, Anthropic and Sentry) process it for us.

1. Who we are
Formety ("Formety", "we", "us") provides a mobile app for tracking nutrition, workouts and body progress. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have. For any privacy question you can reach us at kmanga27lal@gmail.com.
2. Information we collect
We collect only what the app needs to work.

Some of this information, such as body measurements, weight and activity, relates to your health. We treat it as sensitive and use it only to provide the features you ask for.
3. How we use your information
- Provide and personalise the app: your diary, targets, workouts, weekly summary and nearby dish suggestions.
- Process AI scans and apply the usage limits of your plan.
- Manage subscriptions and unlock paid features.
- Protect against abuse, keep the service secure and fix problems, including by analysing crash reports.
- Improve the app, using aggregated or de-identified information where possible.
- Communicate with you about your account, support requests and important service changes.
4. Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that process it on our behalf to run Formety, and only what is needed for that purpose:

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer. We do not otherwise share your personal information with third parties.
5. Where your data is processed
Formety and its providers may process and store your information in countries other than your own, including countries that may have different data protection laws. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards offered by our providers.
6. How long we keep it
We keep your information while your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete or de-identify your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must keep limited records to meet legal, tax or security obligations (for example, purchase records). Backups are overwritten on a regular cycle.
7. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, or to delete your account and associated data, email kmanga27lal@gmail.com from the address registered to your account. We will respond within a reasonable time, and within any period required by applicable law.
You can also adjust permissions at any time in your phone settings (see below).

Each permission is optional. If you decline, the related feature will be limited, but the rest of the app keeps working.
9. Legal bases for processing
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we process your information on these legal bases:

You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
10. Regional privacy rights
California and other US states. You may have the right to know what personal information we collect, to access, correct and delete it, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. Contact us to make a request.
Other regions. If your country gives you additional rights over your personal data, such as the right to access, correct, delete or port it, we will honour them. Email us from the address registered to your account.
11. Deleting your account and data
You can delete your account and the personal data linked to it at any time. Email kmanga27lal@gmail.com from the address registered to your account with the subject "Delete my account". We will verify the request, delete your account data within 30 days, and confirm by email. Some limited records, such as purchase receipts, may be kept where the law requires. Deleting the app alone does not delete your account or cancel a subscription; cancel subscriptions in Google Play.
12. Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) to transmit data and access controls so that each account can reach only its own information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a breach affecting your data we will notify you as required by law.
13. Health and nutrition information
Formety provides general nutrition and fitness information. Nutrient values and AI results are estimates and may be inaccurate. The app is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. See our Terms of Service.
14. Children
Formety is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us with data, contact us and we will delete it.
15. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the date at the top, and for material changes we will provide notice in the app. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
