1. Acceptance of these terms

By downloading or using Formety you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app. You must be at least 13 years old, and if you are under the age of majority where you live, you confirm a parent or guardian has agreed to these terms.

2. The service

Formety is an app for tracking food, workouts and body progress, with optional paid features. We may add, change or remove features, and we may limit usage (for example, AI scans per plan) as described in the app.

3. Not medical advice

Formety is not a medical service. Nutrition values, calorie and macro targets, AI scan results, workout suggestions and weekly tips are general estimates and may be wrong. They are not medical advice. Consult a doctor or qualified professional before changing your diet or exercise routine, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or have a history of disordered eating. You use the app at your own risk.

4. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for the accuracy of the information you enter. You may not share your account in a way that bypasses plan limits.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use Formety unlawfully; attempt to access other users' data; probe, disrupt or overload the service; reverse engineer or copy the app; use bots or automated means to extract data (including restaurant and nutrition data); or abuse AI features or usage limits.

6. Subscriptions and billing

Plans. Formety offers a free plan and paid subscriptions (Premium and Ultra), with features and limits shown in the app.
Billing. Paid plans are purchased through Google Play and charged to your Google Play payment method. Prices are shown before you confirm.
Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically each period until cancelled. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
Refunds. Refunds are handled by Google Play according to its refund policy. We cannot refund purchases ourselves.
Price changes. If a price changes, Google Play will notify you as required before it applies to you.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of the information you enter. You grant us a limited licence to store and process it solely to operate and improve Formety, as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Third-party data and services

Restaurant, menu and nutrition information may come from public and third-party sources and may be incomplete, out of date or inaccurate. Restaurant names and logos belong to their owners and do not imply endorsement. The app relies on third-party services (such as Google Play and AI providers) that are subject to their own terms.

9. Intellectual property

The app, its design, code and content (other than your own content and third-party material) belong to Formety and are protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for its intended purpose.

10. Disclaimers

Formety is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Formety will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, loss of data, or any harm arising from reliance on the app's estimates or suggestions. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law or consumer rights you cannot waive.

12. Termination

You may stop using Formety and delete your account at any time (email kmanga27lal@gmail.com). We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or misuse the service. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription; cancel it in Google Play.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the update.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Egypt, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be subject to the competent courts of Egypt, except where mandatory consumer law in your country gives you other rights.
